One of my favorite "stock" baseball photos is of a group of pitchers, right and left handers, holding the ball out to pose for the camera. I was reminded of this coming across a spring training photo on the Sun's website:

What a magnificent collection. Some of them need to work on their game faces. I don't recall any of them but some of our more experienced posters might. One has to wonder whether the lack of confidence portrayed in their puzzled looks translated to the mound ("Is this what the photographer wants?" "Is this how I'm supposed to do it?").
Perhaps it is better to be a little cocky like these fellows? They could wear
anything and win:
